Coaching The Coach

Most of us can remember a coach from our youth and the that coach had on us during an impressionable time in our lives.

A good coach didn’t take it easy on us but pushed us to become better. In the end, although the process wasn’t fun, we had to say “thank you” to our coach for making us better.

Coaching is an art that comes more easily to some than to others. Whether coaching is easy for you or hard, you can benefit from the lessons in “Coaching the Coach.”
